Most people arrive stiff, a little skeptical, and unsure what to ask for. That is a completely normal place to start.

Questions people are almost too embarrassed to ask

The questions that come up before almost every first session. If yours is not here, ask Eli and you will get a straight answer.

I have a game this weekend. Should I still come in?

Yes, and a lot of athletes do exactly that. Close to competition Eli keeps things lighter, so you walk out loose and springy instead of worked over. Save the deep work for the days after.

Will stretching cost me power or speed?

Not the way Eli does it. The goal is range you can actually use, so you are strong and explosive through the full motion instead of fighting your own tightness. Most athletes notice they move better, not softer.

Can you work around an injury I am coming back from?

Usually, yes. Tell Eli what happened and where you are in your rehab, and he will work around it. If your physical therapist or doctor has you on a plan, he fits in with it rather than going around it.

How is this different from what my athletic trainer does?

Your trainer is juggling a whole roster. Here you get 45 to 60 minutes of one-on-one hands-on work built around your sport, your position, and how your body feels that week.

How often should I come in during the season?

Most athletes do well with once a week in season and a bit more in the off-season, when there is time to chase bigger changes. Eli will be straight with you about what you actually need.

Do I have to be an athlete?

Not at all. Plenty of people come in because their back is tight from sitting all day. If you want to move better, you are in the right place.

Simple, unhurried,
and built around you

No packages to decode and no pressure to commit. Come in, get worked on, leave moving better than you arrived.

45–60min

A typical session. Long enough to work properly, short enough to fit a real week.
