Privacy Policy

When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you enter, plus your phone number and main goal if you choose to share them. That information is sent to us by email so we can reply to you.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

We use what you send only to answer your inquiry, schedule sessions, and follow up on the work we do together. We keep those emails for as long as they are useful for that purpose.

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs a quick background check to confirm a real person is sending the message. To do that, Cloudflare processes limited information about your browser and connection.

Cloudflare's handling of that information is covered by the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site, such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors are coming from. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this and does not receive anything you type into the contact form.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or opt out entirely with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosts, Vercel keeps short-lived server logs, which can include your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.
